One-to-One Career Guidance - Available UK-Wide
Choosing a career path is one of the biggest decisions a young person will make - and making it alone is harder than it needs to be. Bauhaus Education provides one-to-one career guidance for schools, colleges, local authorities and individual learners, delivered by qualified, CDI-accredited advisors who take the time to properly understand each person they work with.

Our centres are based in Northampton and Nottingham, but our career guidance service is country-wide. We work with schools and organisations across the UK, placing a dedicated, locally based advisor wherever they're needed.
​Our Career Guidance Process
Every session is a real conversation, not a script. Our advisors explore what a young person enjoys, what they'd choose to do if money weren't a factor, and how their current grades and ambitions line up - helping them build a realistic, personal picture of their options rather than pointing them towards a single fixed path. Each session ends with a written action plan for the student to take away, covering practical next steps such as:

A Statutory Requirement - and a Real Difference
Every school must provide students with one-to-one career guidance at least twice - once between Years 9 and 12, and again between Years 10 and 13 - and Ofsted checks this as part of its inspections. Yet nationally, almost a quarter of schools and colleges are still falling short of the expected standard for personal guidance.
